Psychotherapy and counselling are talking therapies. As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I aim to help you gain a deeper insight into some of the issues you might face.

It's not easy to think about the difficulties in your life and reflect upon yourself. The thought of doing so can seem daunting, but being able to do so can feel helpful and relieving.

First of all, we meet for an initial appointment of approximately one hour to discuss your reasons for coming and to find out if therapy is right for you at this time. If you decide to proceed, we then meet for a 50-minute session at least weekly. I can offer focused short- term work or longer, open-ended work, depending on your need.
